For all non financial personal information, this can only be accessed and changed once you have registered with holidayhomeswap.com. You will be assigned a unique membership id. Along with this we will ask you to enter your email address and choose a password. This password is known only to yourself and is stored in an encrypted database on our system.

You can only access your personal membership details once both your email address and password have been validated. When entering the password on our site, the characters you type are masked with an '*', so it can not be overseen.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your password is difficult to guess and remains a secret to you. We therefore validate that passwords are a minimum length.
